Bluemoon is a project run by web designer and artist Robert Fiszer, built in collaboration with a wider community of artists – and hopefully, soon, with you too. It started because we had the same problem most of our clients have – work we cared about, and no real idea how to put it in front of people.

The web design industry wasn't built with artists in mind. Agencies quote thousands for sites that don't fit how a creative practice actually works. Template platforms promise flexibility that never quite delivers. And the whole process – the briefs, the jargon, the back-and-forth – tends to make something simple feel complicated.

We've spent more time marketing our own art than making it. We know that frustration. We also know that most artists don't need a passion project of a website – they need something that works, looks right, and doesn't require a developer every time something needs changing.

So that's what we try to build. Clean sites, honest pricing, a straightforward process. You send us your images, your words, a rough idea of what you want. We take it from there.

Our clients are painters, photographers, printmakers, sculptors, illustrators, textile artists – people who make things seriously and want somewhere online that reflects that. We try to do right by that.
